Why did it take so long for someone to attend to him it was clear he was in terrible pain and could nt get off the pitch and everyone ignored him, we even made a sub while he was down.

Totally agree Kath, took the lad 5 mins to walk 10 foot and no-one on the bench noticed even though the Physio signalled twice for him to be subbed

Do we know what happened to him?

From what i saw the physio signalled that he needed to come off before he moved behind the sticks, i can only assume he said he was ok then once in the in goal area he obviously wasn't and they couldn't see him form the sideline as he is so small!!

It was all a bit strange, she seemed to attend to him and as said signal for a sub, then he struggled back into the defensive line, in the mean time she went back to the dug out and he went down again.

May be she thought F$$k him I've been there once I'm not going again.

He actually stayed in the defensive line for an entire set whilst injured, so it's a good job 'Haven didn't notice!
