I am almost sure it is not the case. It is actually already complex to get this TV channel in France for different reasons. I don't see a pub from abroad getting it, at least for the moment.

I'm sure it can be sorted. A few pubs in Wigan managed it in the past when Wigan were away at Catalans for non-Sky games.
