Announcer said at the game last night that the next home game would be Widnes on the 14th.

Fixtures have us down to play 'Fax at home on the 10th.

Presumably this is just the announcer getting it wrong??

Nope he got it right. The fax game is being re-arranged.

'Fax are playing in the Challenge Cup on the weekend of the 10th so it'll have to be re-arranged.

According to the Fax official site you are playing us on 13/05/09, the day before you play Widnes. Enough recovery time for you?

After playing 4 top teams NL in Widnes, Barrow, Toulouse, and Fev in 14 days, it wouldn't suprise me if the RFL thought that perfectly reasonable.

You could play Cas' on the 9th and us on the 10th - we might just give you a game then - well 40 minutes at any rate!

Nor, given our record for bending over backwards, to accommodate the oppostion, would it surprise me if we agreed to the 13th either. I've been trying to find out when the game is, to organise the programme, but I've not had Official Secrets Act clearance yet - bit like visas for Aussies, I reckon!

The date for the Fax game hasn't received clearance from the RFL yet.
