Widnes groundhog day : Tue May 14, 2019 11:25 pm
Here we go again, our bogey team awaits!! Last 5 matches against them reads like this:- 12-30 away, 8-24 home, 10-36 away, 24-37 home and 6-50 away. We don’t even seem to get close. And guess what? Widnes back to full strength with Gelling & Hansen back. Widnes results immediately before and after the Good Friday game tell a story-lost to Batley 18-16, York 17-10 and Dewsbury 25-24. Can we avoid Groundhog Day? Going off last week’s defensive display, this looks very doubtful. Anyone disagree?
