Not a good omen...for Salford.
Not much you can say really, thought Salford looked like the team that had been through the media wringer the past week, looked spent and out of ideas after 20 minutes.
Seems we are nursing Ipape which is fine and Amone does his big stint and then isn't needed as it seems our younger pack are coming together. Bar one brain fart it seems the Hughes may have found some mojo, he just needs to back himself a bit more, same with Halton. Davis is coming on and Trout looks very dependable.
Think there was a lot of point proving out there and it was all left on the field.
Josh's dash for his try reminded me of how, vs York when we put 100 on them and the last play he was in a similar position and just came inside, 2 years later and he is fitter, stronger, faster and beating full time players for speed, he's probably the epitome of the Leigh story during this Lam/Chester regime.
