Hybrid Squad : Tue Nov 26, 2019 2:46 am
How does that work? Yes I get it fits some squad players lifestyles. But how does that work when you are endeavouring to reach the promised land again!

We of all clubs know only full well, the only way is with a full time squad. That’s not taking anything away from our current squad and very good luck to them.

Not sure how this Hybrid thing works in the dressing rooms. I see players holding out for more money (fair enough) yet probably only have another season left in them.

I’m not really sure of the future of LRFLC anymore. We did have guidance but that seems to be dwindling.

I hope we can turn the off-field and match day experience around this season..
COME ON DB.. One more crack. You have my support

2015 - major missed opportunity, 2016 - stronger teams = harder task (no problem there then), 2017 - OMG What now!!!

Most definatley, if you disagree pray tell how are we going to buy in the player's we so obviously require to make a push for and to win the GF.

This is Rugby League Mr Demon, all the participating clubs in the UK need a guy who has enough of the folding stuff to be successful, even our close neighbour's in Pieland, Saints and Wire have that guy, now if you have a contact book which will allow you to call on someone to take DB's place then fair enough, but don't bite the hand that feeds you, it ain't good practice.

We needed the FT squad because we had to beat FT squads in the 8's - hence DB subsidized a SL-esque playing budget, London and TO will be FT again and assuming Leeds don't change their relationship with Fev they will be similar to us. Lets get in the T4 mix and see who becomes available to strengthen will be Dereks plan imo

Despite Fev's incredible play off run last season, it is definitely advantageous to get int the top 2 positions though.
