And probably deserved, Derek. I understand the ethos of helping your mates, but the players have to understand that there are consequences, especially if you step over the line. The look of injured innocence on Kurt's face, as he left the pitch, was priceless.

Alan, I've watched the clip a couple of times and it appears to me that Manning started the feyt with Hagerty.

Hagerty did not run in. Ok, he approached Manning, no doubt giving him plenty of verbal, but Manning definitely punched him before he retaliated

Yes, Hagerty runs in but Manning definitely throws the first punch.
