Quite true Alan,and so would i. I don't want to sound ungrateful,but i just don't think we have made a good start (signing wise) for next season if we are going to go for it.

I'm well impressed at the tickets going on sale within four minutes of full time in Toronto! Our result was always predictable, but Fev's less so.

Incidentally, you should read the Fev fans' comments on TotalRL.com. Once they have directed their wrath away from the ref, they sound so like us - "poor game management; too much dropped ball; weak defence near our own line; etc etc" Should be a fascinating game, next week!

Possibly. Another factor may be not having those young SL players from Saints to call in recent weeks as well.

Maybe judging by the way they forced themselves in to the Saints first team, they really made a big difference to us.

That they did. When we have considered our recent loss of form, we have tended to focus on how the new players may have disrupted us and not how the departure of the young Saints has affected us. They brought skill, youth and a refreshing commitment to our team, and their contribution must not be under-estimated.
