It would be helpful for season ticket sales if we could be given an update., Personally I believe the secrecy counterproductive.

I think we all agree we need around 4 or 5 more signings ,and I’m sure Derek ,Lammy ,and Chester feel the same .
For all we know we may have signed these players and are just waiting for the right time , which may mean they are already training with us .

Most definitely Charlie. People don’t seem to realise the implications of a signing. Surely people take a new car for test drive these days..

I would be happier a couple of forwards in. But pace as always shown a winner in Champ. Add as they go for me.

I'm thinking 6 or 7 needed personally. How many do we have signed now 18/19 & some of those young lads who might be fringe players. So we have 18/19 now, add 4/5 & we're only looking at 22 - 25 maximum. We have seen before what happens when we have 5 or 6 players out injured, scratching around to make a team with many out of position. I would have thought 27/28 would be a minimum. Super League clubs run 28 - 32, if we have ambition then we need to be close to that.

Hard to disagree with that but I wonder if they will wait to the business end to make a couple of key additions to get it to the 6-7.
I’m not saying they should but maybe there just are not 6-7 available of the quality we want/need right now.
Personally I trust that we have the owner, head of rugby and head coach to win this and make the team what we need to do it. I would be a little happier if we had a full squad, but would it be a good enough squad if we did right now ?

I think they will get the players they/we need, it's just a case of if they will gel early enough.

Yeah the coming together as a team is the big issue when you go up and down between divisions as we well know! The first challenge for our new coaches.

I’ve got a feeling that the majority of the team are already in place , just names ready to be released ,and I think cometh the hour , cometh the man , we will be ready , have faith .
