well i rang the club up last week, and they said a decision would be made early this week, well obviously today has been a bank holiday, plus we played, so maybe tomorrow or weds, but nowt would surprise me with our club and the rfl also involved. maybe we could actually play fax's a team this sunday, might win then

why does everyone keep saying that its the challenge cup anything can happen. the underdog teams tend to up there game for occasions like this

the amount of people on this boeard that think we are going to have 50 or 60 points knocked past us in frightening and i think there will be alot of people eating there words. i'm not saying we will end up winning i'm just saying it aint going to be half as easy as everyone on these boeards thinks it is.

anyway we are representing the championship you should be cheering us to win.

I think you will give them a hard time. Also, I'm cheering for you to win, then we won't have to play you four days after we play Fev!

Realistically as good as we maybe in this league when it comes to SL they are worlds apart. I would be really suprised if Cas didnt put more than 40 on us but on the other hand i do expect us to compete with them for abot half of the 80 minutes before their fitness and skill pays off.

i know we might end up losing but i think it will be closer than some people think the underdog status will help us we have no pressure to win cas are expected to win. i'm gonna say that cas will win by no more than 12.

I never mentioned that it'd be a tonking, and I do hope that 'Fax do our league proud, but the harsh reality is that I wouldn't fancy them to get within 30 of Cas.

can i just say, i hope fax win, would love nothing better than for you boys to turn over a sl team, but in reality i have to say, and i have not seen either team play live, i would have to obviously fancy cas to eventually win, but you go fax and like has been said do our league proud.

HALIFAX are still waiting for a confirmed date for their postponed Championship match at Leigh. But it will definitely not be played next Sunday, May 24, after the Rugby Football League ruled in Fax's favour. The visitors, who play their round nine game at Doncaster on Thursday night, had objected to doubling up. Chief executive Graham Clay confirmed that several players and staff had already booked holidays for that weekend.
