Has anyone considered the Hayne saga as a massive publicity thing.

I mean, anyone can put a bid in for a superstar. This then gets leaked to the public and mass euphoria ensures.

Great for the club, great for the fans morale, but sadly no cigar

Unless of course, Hayne was for seven matches only, but Dawson is for eight matches this season, plus another two full seasons.
