Hopefully the signings are not finished as only having one pair of recognised half backs and hoping they stay injury free is a dangerous game to play. As the season draws nearer fewer players become available and even fewer quality players.

i was so pleased when sam signed for us, always rated him, would be a crying shame if he left and ended up in workington, no disrespect to town.

He will have changed agents if he ends up at Worky. Unless its a 5 year deal on 50k. :lol:

Why not? Signing big names means nothing to a clubs finances. One unforeseen bill or Getting less central funding.
