Each way, three/four/five times a week - and given a good following wind! The lad's wife is ill, and she and their kids need looking after - so his presence nearby is a good thing. Bradford have, in my opinion, been very understanding and compassionate about this. (despite our owner having recent 'previous' with them!)

i do not disagree with any of what you say, i only observe that most peoples commute times are comparable

45 mins from Leigh to Bradford on the M62?

It must be a lot quieter over your neck of the woods than it is over here. It's usually chocka.

Evo's got a Gulfstream G550. Flies out of Westleigh International airport, into Leeds-Bradford. Mind you, it probably takes more than 45 minutes from there to Odsal!

44mins longer than he now has and each way makes an hour and a half.
And I'm glad to here there have been huge road congestion improvements between Lanky and the dark side since I was last there

Real terms it means he can spend 2-3 hours more with his family every time he has to train or play.

He's now part time rather than full time , a lot less actual hours , and yes I've made Odsal to Leigh in 45 minutes after leaving a night game 10 minutes before the end , but it certainly isn't done in anything under an hour ( potentially anything up to 2-3 ) during the morning or afternoon periods
