Set up in 2001 apparently involves 1200 residents, asking for you input in 'How Wigan Council and partner agencies plan their services and improve life in the local area'


Partner agencies I would think includes LSV.

Me too, you just get a questionnaire every month on a couple of different topics related to things in the borough. No idea if anyone actually takes any notice of what is said.

I am on it too.
Suggested they open their eyes and take a look at what was a decent little town centre 20 years ago. Think about how to improve the fantastic architecture around the town centre and stop chucking money in the same hole.
