It's possible to finish 5th with just 3 wins and and get in to the million pound play off, providing all the other results go for you, so I wouldn't worry too much even if we lose at Salford. HKR at home and Salford away are 2 tough games to start with. I think Leigh will get 4 wins, possibly 5. I don't think the league will be as clear cut as the table below but still think Leigh will get a shot at promotion in the million pound game.

Aye. It's still all to play for.

My initial thoughts were that Leigh needed to start well (esp' in such a small league) to relieve the initial pressure and make getting into the top 3 that much easier through earlier hard work. If that makes sense. First half Saturday and that plan was spot on.

Now, one loss (and the nature of it) and the doubts could set-in which can create a different kind of pressure.

Although, ultimately, Leigh will have to perform really terribly to not even get a shot at the play-off match.

For me, if Leigh win at Salford then a top 3 finish is back on. And that's how I would personally approach it mentally.

WYXI personally I don't want to rely on other results and ifs ands and maybes,we sound like England fans looking for World Cup results to go our way, for me we need to win 4 of our remaining 6 games ,we can do it , let's start on Sunday at Salford,then get the ball rolling again.
