Presumably for next season? Good luck to him if true. The lad has consistently bust a gut, in the cherry and white, and would deserve a crack at the big time.

LOng term replacement for Houghton at 9. They are looking to spell him for Danny next year and learn the role from him. Shame, Mickey could have done the same for him at Leigh. I guess the pull of his home City and family is understandable.
He’s played his tripe out for us. I’m not surprised that SL teams are interested. He does look like a great prospect at 9 with his stamina, speed and guts. Hope we can keep him to the end of the season (and beyond) but all the best to him IF there is any truth in this.
