France´s Men No Test For Rampant England England´s women had set a high bar for the men's side as they took the pitch to take on a youthful French side who had been hit hard by withdrawals from their initial squad. England hadn´t been immune to the same issue and were missing several first-choice players. I don’t know how much of a test the French gave, but looking at the score line I would say not much, so was this really a good idea. I would suggest a England v a multi national team picked from Super League or a form of State of Origin type three game series of Lancs v York’s. Those one sided games doesn’t make them battle hardened enough to beat the Aussies.
