Buffaloes Match Postponed : Wed Jun 30, 2010 6:41 am  

Bramley Buffaloes regret to announce that their home Co-operative RLC National fixture with Liverpool Buccaneers, due to be played this Saturday (3rd July) has been postponed.

Buffaloes Chairman Martyn Cheney explained: “We’ve had to take this decision due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of the Merseyside club and the match will be rearranged for a midweek date to be announced shortly.”

why won't you tell us what the "unforseen circumstances " are ??
is it another secret that only the priviledged one is allowed to know ??
if you're not going to tell us you shoulda just put "match postponed"

We did send out communications to everyone on our mailing list, via a buffalo bulletin. i'm 99% sure you're on the list uncle nasty. it was on the website, facebook, twitter as well.

we also informed all the local press but i'm guessing they didn't print it. was there no one at the ground to inform you that the game was off?

Another secret? Care to expand on that? If you have an issue with anything to do with the club, why not do it in person, at a game, contact me by phone or email, my details are plastered all over the web, or if you've not got a share, buy one (or more) and nominate yourself to be on the committee. or is that too much like hard work?

sorry, i didn't mean to upset anyone. Perhaps I should have simply asked " do you know the reason for the postponement?"

But it's ok now, you don't have to worry about giving out too much information any more. I've found the details on the Liverpool Buccaneers website.

"Due to a large number of injuries, holidays and prior commitments, the Buccs have asked for the RLC National game against Bramley Buffaloes to be postponed this Saturday.

The fixture is currently being pencilled in for mid August"

I'm happy now
