What do you expect from this game? Hopefully it will be close and we(Wire) can start to gain a bit of momentum, I can see it being a low scoring affair with about 4-8 points in it.
Sing a song of Yorkshire, from the Humber to the Tees Of cricket, rugby, beer, of pudding and of cheese I know no other county where the land is quite so fine England's lovely county. And I'm proud to call it mine
Where shining purple heather stretches far across the moor And the lapwing's cry above me takes the place of traffic roar And peace comes drifting gently, there's no place I'd rather be Than this land of hills and valleys, from the Pennines to the sea
So when I've done my roaming, and when my step grows slow When heart and mind assure me that the time has come to go Then let me rest in Yorkshire, for its there I want to lie 'Neath sun and wind and heather... and a gleaming Yorkshire sky
I dont see any major attacking threats from Warrington this season and lets face it the win against Bradford wasn't hard! Bradford folded like a pack of cards and tries were scored from simply passing the ball from one wing to another. U10 stuff really! If Warrington were half decent they would have put 100 past them.
If we can start well and control the first 20mins of the game we will go on to win it. Griffin and Crabtree to come on then and dominate the forwards with Robinson and Brown taking on the tired Wire forwards!!! Tryfest me thinks! And lets face it we havent lost away from home since July 08 (IIRC) and will be pumped up following the dissapointment of the Leeds match.

Warrington's last team: Riley, Hicks, Bridge, King, Johnson, Briers, Monaghan, Morley, Clarke, Carvell, L. Anderson, Westwood, Harrison.
Replacements: Higham, V. Anderson, Wood, Cooper
Huddersfield's last team: B Hodgson, Cudjoe, Whaturia, Lawrence, D Hodgson, Brown, Robinson, Mason, Moore, Jackson, Wild, Kirmond, Finnigan.
Replacements: Crabtree, D Griffin, Lolesi, Faiumu.
With Aspi returning the only player from the Warrington team I would consider having at Huddersfield is Micky Higham!
The problem Wire have is consistancy. As I said last weeks win against Bradford wasn't a great performance as Bradford were very, very poor. Can they back it up with a win against Huddersfield? I dont think they will. If they do then people will look at the Bradford game as being a turning point in their season and they may kick on from there. Should they lose, which I think they will, then it looks a long season for Wire. The 5 weeks is crucial for them. Home games against Huddersfield, Hull KR and Wigan and two tough away fixtures against Hull FC and Cas. I dont see where they'll pick up points to be honest!
No matter how much i like leroy i have to say if aspy is fit then he will play. we was very poor against leeds but warrington wasnt that good against a poor outfit from bradford. Bradford looked like they didn't care and huddersfield will need to bounce back afetr a poor performance and a poor result against leeds. Like PB giant said if we can boss the first 20 minutes then we will win the game because griffin and eorl to come on who has been fantastic all season. Danny kirmond seemed to play well for us aganist warrington last year so im hoping he doe same on sunday. Giants to win by a bit for me. prediction is 42-20 to giants

Problem is Aspy picks up injuries far too easily so I'd stick with Leroy. It's no good if Leroy isn't playing first team and then is expected to step up when Hodgson gets injured.
as good as morley has been i dont think he is the player he was a few years back, Only seen Carvell a few times and been really impressed and the way he tears things up... but then our fowards have been on top form this season apart from saints and leeds. On his pre Uk form i would love to have King but he mustnt like the cold weather (in fairness having a winger outside him that cant catch a ball like penny last season must have been on his mind)
On their day most of Warrington team are class acts (at least they have been) but it just aint happening for some reason which is why i think/hope we should win by a couple of tries at least.
