Jahmal Lolesi has signed a new two year contract according to the back page of the Examiner.

He says he has achieved all he wants to in Australia and is looking to achieve something over here.

Nathan Brown says that Jammer's future wasn't certain at the start of the season but it's just reward for his hard work and the improvements he's made is his game.

Aye I saw a piece in the Rugby League Weekly that seemed to indicate he'd signed on for another two years.

In a way I'm surprised at this news as I thought perhaps Browny would want to use the overseas spots to bring in players he knew from Down Under but he's obviously impressed Brown enough to convince him he's worth another couple of years.

Not seen too many of his big hits this season as yet.

Will we see Griff and one or two others signing up in the weeks to come?

interesting - i would have been sure Jammer would have been off at the end of this season to make way for fa'ailongo(sp?) oh well more competition for places is always good !

Must admit I thought the same. The Examiner might be trying to nationalise him!

So, no more overseas 'stars' next season. Or will Fatz be offloaded?

Actually that raises an interesting point. Do we have space left for another next season now?

I'm not 100% on the rules for this, who counts and who doesn't, how many spots we can have etc...
