Yeah we missed some kicks- but there are almost always some missed kicks. I don’t put the loss purely down to missed kicks. Tui if you read this- or anyone reads this and knows Tui- head up! you were awesome!!!!
They were all awesome.
The stars just weren’t lined up our way.
We didn’t do like hull KR and get embarrassed 50-0. We got to the final and we gave wigan a massive blooming punch in the nose.
Im hoping we get to meet wigan for round two in the grand final and finish them off.

Tuis tackle on field in the second half was unbelievable, reminded me of Paul reilly 2006 on ade gardener.

Neutral fan here , Halifax fan living in Huddersfield, it was a battle of styles and I think Huddersfield executed their gameplan well for most of the game and were just caught out a couple of times to wigans expansive style. Obviously missing some kicks was costly. Seems Watson has got Huddersfield ticking again and I can see you doing well this season . Unlucky and heads up .

Should Watson have changed the goal kicker mid-game?

All kickers have games where they are off form and the more they miss, the worse it gets.

Goal kicking is about ability, but confidence is a major factor too.

Although I live in Huddersfield I'm a Fax fan and have no affinity to the Giants whatsoever but when I read tripe like that it makes me wonder if your carer knows you've accessed their computer. You're an embarrassment to Rugby League and need to take a Sunday morning stroll to Wigan pier and jump in.

No I don’t think he should. Because other than those kicks Tui played an excellent game. Taking away the goal kicking would send a message to the player that the coach didn’t have confidence in him, and that could potentially affect the rest of his game. Like you say sometimes they just have games where they dont get them right, a different stadium or whatever it is. Other times they nail them.

Just watched the game again and it was even better than I remember.
