Crowds have been significantly down for them this season, which is a bit of a mystery to me as they've been going well.

It doesn't bode all that well for them this IMO and certainly doesn't help them in the stadium side of things.

Care to elaborate any further??

Don't think crowd size will have anything to do with it! We have a site in place, a builder is place, have already sold our ground etc etc.

If you have already sold your ground recently I would be extremely concerned. Selling property in a recession is bad idea unless you are being forced to by the bank.

Dwindling crowds despite decent on pitch performances certainly doesn't bode well when you want to convince the relevant people that this stadium is a worthwhile venture. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out...
