The HGSA's AGM will take place next Wednesday October 12th at Laund Hill with Luke Robinson as our guest speaker.
We are also, as always, looking for more people to join our committee, we have 2 specific vacancies we are looking to fill and general committee members, if you feel you could spare the time to take on any of our roles we are accepting nominations before or on the night, you may nominate yourself for a role.

The Vacancies are for:

Minutes Secretary
- Taking and distributing of Main Committee meeting minutes
- Creation and distribution of Main Committee Meeting Agenda

Volunteer coordinator
- Organisation and recruiting of volunteers and roles for our various events.
- Communicating and liaising between volunteers and commitee.

General Committee Membership
- Provide support where required to Committee Members.

The evening is free for HGSA members, memberships are available before then and as we have now moved from January to January anyone purchasing membership this year will get the remainder of the year free!
