Definitely could be. The squad wishing us merry Christmas on Twitter is very inexperienced and small (20?). Big ask to expect all to get up to the grade straight away. I can see that Haven have had a few financial troubles and Swinton may find the step up difficult but quite a challenge to see who else may be down the bottom end of the table. Keighley appear to have a huge fund of money so they will be looking to be well away from bottom of league and Bradford have strengthened. Newcastle perhaps?
