Like I said in a previous thread, this all a bit too much like my day job on a very bad day where some idiot has screwed something up and I'm expected to fix it. But that's appalling. (Drag the browser window in so it's taller than it is wide and things may be better. Sorry if that sounds patronising. but I do a lot of training and most people, understandably, don't know what "portrait" and "landscape" means.)
Looking at the site, I'm fairly convinced whoever is updating the site is doing it on their phone (in portrait mode) and not bothering to check it on anything else. It's very portrait oriented: try it on your phone and then turn the phone 90 degrees, and you'll see what I mean.
This really isn't rocket science: it's meant to be easy. Enthusiatic amateurs do better than this; lazy amateurs do; children do. Given a couple of days, I reckon our pet hamster could too.
Key and Eagle: epic fail. Whoever is updating the website: ditto.
