I would do but one of my boys is in his U14 teams RU semi final up on the heath. I best watch him play, although the saving grace is that at that age there is more running & try scoring than dull penalty goals, lengthy scrums & tedious line-outs.

Skolars doing it off the pitch too!

They have just sent out an email outlining what they are doing to promote the game to the local local businesses inlcluding how all the first team have been sponsored!
It is not impossible to promote the game in London, you have to work hard and work out who will be responsive. Very impressive!

The Skolars have a chance of being the first London side to be promoted under their own steam since Fulham in 1983, as four are being promoted, it is not impossible only unlikely. No team in Champ 1 will look forward to visiting New River this season!

Gutsy performance by the Skolars, roared into an eight point lead only to be kicked to death by old stager Graeme Oldroyd, 8 points down at half time. Managed to get 4 points ahead with 3 mins to go only to mess up the re-start. A draw a fair result as Oldham will finish in the top four. Playoffs still on for the North Londoners.

Of course it's not rocket science, all they have to do is look and see what the professional side in London do.............................and then do the exact opposite.
