We have a lot of good young players who will take time to settle in and SOME of his recent signings are starting to come good. In previous years we've beaten Leeds in the nothing SL games and then got beat in the playoffs. I think we'll be a better team come August but there are huge issues. Why do we always come out half asleep in big games? Why do we go to pieces under pressure and make so many mistakes when things start going against us? If Noble is to turn things round then he needs to address these two things, which he consistantly hasn't done so far and he also has some major decisions to make regarding so called established players. Will Mathers come back? Has to be no. Should he get rid of Fielden? Question is how? Is Pryce ever gonna be good enough - if not what? I don't think we're that far off but at the same time could very easily and quickly end up miles away. This really needs good management - I just hope he's up to it.
