I didn’t catch it what was said?
On Sky last night Brian Carney told a story from last Sunday. He said it was Liam Marshall’s mothers funeral and Peet arranged for every single member of the playing staff to attend. He said he was told that Peet discreetly pulled the players to one side in the church yard and told them that as much as the week coming up was big, nothing would be more important than every one of them turning up that day for their friend and showing what he means to them. The game pales in to insignificance in comparison but you just know those lads won’t lose this through a lack of unity or care for each other.
