The reigning Betfred Super League champions will make their second trip to the Totally Wicked Stadium this season, after losing there on the opening day of the 2019 season back in late January. Injury news Speaking earlier this week, Head Coach Adrian Lam explained that the decision to select experienced forward Tony Clubb would likely go down to the wire. He said, We’ll get Tony Clubb to captain’s run and see how he is. He struggled at the start of the week, but he’s settled in ok. It’ll be a decision we make on Thursday.” Clubb is included in this week’s 19-man squad. Sean O’Loughlin (achilles) misses out for the second week in a row, while Ben Flower (back) continues his recovery and is expected to return in three to four weeks. Dom Manfredi (knee) and Tom Davies (ankle) remain the only long-term absentees. Hopefully Clubb will be fine, even if it’s just to take a place on the bench. To cope with Saints front row I think we’ll need as many middle options as possible, so I’d take out Hankinson and bring in Wells or Byrne.

I agree. I think we've a few too many missing in the pack and will be a bit lightweight.

I also think we are really light in the pack and saints will cause us problems in that area particularly.

Nonetheless, we have turned them over a few times in the past, when we didn't look like we would get anything from the game.

This game will show us how much we have progressed from the start of the season ?

At full strength our back row is better then yours and lessens the gap in the front row but shy of Lockers and Greenwood on top of Flower and probably Clubb makes the task too big. The two young boys (Partington and Smithies) have been immense these past few weeks but this will be a different level.

Only way we will win this game is if we offload like crazy and throw the ball around, tire their pack out otherwise they’ll trample us.

Back row I agree, although I rate Zeb higher than Greenwood and Knowles is massively underrated.

Farrell and SOL are clearly all class though.

I’d go the other way. Knowles causes me far greater concern than Zeb ever has. Cracking player Knowles.
