New name for auto renewal, live now in your ticket account.
Decided to sign up as there's a nice discount but when I clicked on confirm direct debit it said my account was with Barclays which it isn't.
Just a glitch or is it worth getting in touch with the ticket office to be on the safe side ?

Never assume things are going to plan get in touch.

It's done that on all ours and all of the people in our WhatsApp group
I think that Barclays detail is relating to Wigans bank account as above it there was the clubs detail to show who you were paying

I did habe a small glitch in that when I tried to pay for all mine in the basket it kept saying my sort code was wrong, no matter what account I used
But when I went to pay for them individually it worked fine

Once you've done that it then let's you find ticket and claim your Eng v Samoa ticket

And for us crusties, there appears to be no discount applied for over 60s, albeit the published tariff does still have the reduction.

(and I've already bought my Samoa ticket, they could've telegraphed the freebee before now ffs!)

Ticketing system has never worked for me, and this Gold membership is no exception. I get to the log-in page, and it accepts the log-in, tied to my email address. But it seems that it doesn't recognise that that is 'me'. So I can't click on anything to buy a ticket. And, of course, I want the same seat I've always had. As far as I can see, the info and FAQs say nothing about that! So, as usual, a trip to the ticket office seems my best bet.

And, of course, I'm another one who's already bought a Samoa ticket (at no small expense!).

Apparently the Barclays thing appears for everyone, assuming it’s Wigan’s bank and I’m not about to have my account emptied by scammers

If you have signed up for gold you must claim your ticket on the ticket site for Samoa ticket site buy tickets and its no charge .

Can't you get a physical ticket from the ticket office for the Samoa game? Mind you, it's moot, because I've already bought one, like plenty of other Wigan fans.
