Is this 'choking' comment meant to be a wind up? The top points scorer for 3 of the last 4 seasons and who had just kicked a penalty to level the scores moments before a 'choker'. Really? You need to try harder mate.

it remains to be seen but i have a sneaky feeling maguire will be back for the next game, if not well while i don't wish a serious injury on him,but it bloody well serves him right.

What a game that was for the Neutral;.

What i thought the difference was tonight was experiance in this type of game.

Wigan havent won many big big games in play off rugby in recent times.

Leeds are pst masters of it in recent years, Sinfeild knows how to kick big goals from the touchline under all kinds of pressure, Richards i think bottled it abit.

he has had a big big season and fully deserves and accolades he gets at the end of it as maybe a possible man of steal?

some big plays from Leeds tonight won them the game. McGuire was the difference tonight, the tackle on Richards in the corner which might be the best tackle of the season from the games i have seen anyway.

the support play for his try a crucial try.

his off the ball tackle on Carmont which probably denied a try to win it from Wigan.

Now i have seen a few comments on that topic and wishes of a broken leg on McGuire from 1 person which is frankly disgusting.

now a serious question.

Turn that inncedent round. you were winning by a point with a minute left. Leeds have a potential 2 on 1 down a side. would you want your player to take out the Leeds player saving you the game?? i think if it was reversed you would be happy for your player to take out the Leeds player to save the game.

Big match experiance got Leeds through in the end and Danny McGuire who was different class all game

The game can not be played with that attitude and survive IMO. Moments likes Saints "Wide to West" finish would never happen. We won a game v Bradford a few years ago with a similar break down the left wing from Renouf for Radlinski to score. Were Bradford slagged off for NOT committing a professional foul to win the match? Did it even enter anyone's head that they should have done so?

People really do need to get grip of that they are suggesting here is an acceptable way to play the game.

All i am saying is if the roles were reversed i doubt one of your players would have any hesitation in taking out an opposition player.

There are plenty of examples of players not doing that so I don't think that is necessarily true. If you are correct and it's to be expected then we may as well give up.

As annoyed as I was at the time, I cant help but realise that were it Donald breaking down the wing with someone screaming up in support, I'd want one of our players to risk the sin bin for the foul to stop a certain 4 and the match.
