Its looking more and more likely as the weeks go on. This rumour seems to be one that wont go away. I just hope that IFL gets a player plus cash deal and has a clause that Tomkins returns to Wigan if he returns to super league. They can throw all the cash in the world at us but who is available. The deal has to help us fill the void that Tomkins will leave. Locke may be part of that sweetener but the Warriors deny this. The deal has to be right for the club not just the highest bidder.

The warriors have two reserve fb's who are easily SL standard and have massive potential. I can see either Fishiahi and Tuimavave being involved.

No doubt they'll be other options from their exceptional 20's team and would explain why Wane is cointinually asking for a rule change for players like Gelling.

Tomkins for u20's players? We have our own kids. We need a top class player/s to replace Sam and a gamble on a couple of Warriors reserves won't cut the mustard.

I really hope we don't role over and let them tickle our bellies on this one. We need top players in exchange or hard cash to buy top class players with.

Yesterday proved just what we're losing. Take Sam out of that team yesterday and we lose IMO.

Plenty rumours everywhere about Shaun Wane going to NZW which the man himself has only contributed to.
It does appear to me that it might well be a done deal already.
So, if he does depart who would we think might replace him?
Also who would we like to replace him?
Generally I think IL may well go down the Aussie asst coach route again.
I would like IL to replace him with Shaun Edwards.

Agreed, not many West's fans will have any thing good to say about him and his record at the Tigers is really poor considering the reputation he has.
