I read the St Helens Star article with interest.

It will be interesting to see if the club will pursue its own fans - presumably not rich - in a defamatory action.

It may also result in far greater attention being brought on the situation, whatever the facts - of which I do not know or make comment upon.

But I do question the sense of legally chasing your fans and putting a star player under possible tabloid scrutiny, amid the legal uncertainty of many defamatory actions.

As such, if I was Saints I'd sell Lomax to Wigan.

And on him going to Leeds, im sure Leeds have publicly ruled him out?

Confused as to why Saints would even consider to sell Lomax to Wigan to be honest.

Not the most reliable but Dave "Nosey" Parker saying NZ are wanting Wane to work alongside Mathew Elliot for 2015, Harris to Cardiff blues and Shaun Edwards to return to Wigan, regardless of accurate rumours or not anybody else a tad worried for our future? We seem to assemble a side capable of competing for 5+ years and they just get picked off one by one.

I would have thought the Saints board had better things to spend their money on such as player recruitment
