Think the South Stand Lounge is a better option for the venue, more practical for a bigger attendance, as much as it'd have been good to have it at Walkabout. Will the club have to pay to use the SS lounge?

Surely the lease agreement covers things like this?

There is disabled access to downstairs in Walkabout, if it was to be held upstairs and they'd not considered disabled access then it is yet another cock up on behalf of the people running the place.

I don't want to constantly whinge about the people running our club, as I believe they have the best intrests at heart, and the best philosophies to acheive those. However in the ptractical application they are beginning to be found wanting time and time again.
