No-one on here is saying anything of the sort. Back row is one area we are strong and we currently have 3 full internationals, and ex-kangaroo and last year's contender for young player of the year vying for positions. Just remind me how Ablett stacks up against this, and I'm not talking about your opinion here. Just because he plays for a team that is currently doing better than ours doesn't automatically make him a better player than the ones we have. Nowhere will you find any criticism of our back row on this board. The problems lie elsewhere. I would take all our backrowers over Ablett currently. Maybe that will change in future years as you say, but not right now. |

It's a total irrelevence. By his reasoning, he has a winners medal, therefore he is better. You can't have it both ways. Either the argument holds for all players, not just Leeds players, or it doesn't. Which is it? |
