Purely because we as a squad are in a pretty precarious position moving into next year with the loss of Sam.
Granted we have an abundance of youth throughout the entire squad, but that youth will need direction. Shaun wane has proven that he has the ability to get the absolute best out of the young lads. Principally because he has worked his own way up the rank structure and has helped nurture them from the early stages
Not sure that would or could happen with another coach.

Any other coach will be looking at results in the short term and this "could" be detrimental to youth development in the short - medium term.
This has potential to shaft us over the next few years.
Wane is doing a CRACKING job imo. I would be pretty gutted to see him leave.
