If the Warriors are told to make alternative arrangements then IL should tell the owners of the JJB (DW) to go and get fecked as the superleague fixture was specifically arranged for that day to deconflict with the wendyball. To quote Wigan CEO Mick Hogan:
"It will also allow us to stage our first ever 'Community Rugby League Day' where we hope to run a series of activities involving local clubs, schools, businesses, families and other community groups. Sunday is a far better day to be able to involve these groups and will also allow many of our fans who live out of the region to travel to the game with greater ease."
So, I suspect that possibly contracts have been drawn up between the club and local businesses for this event.
If DW suddenly decides that what he said last September isnt relevent any more (and lets be realistic here - he will!), then IL should sue him for breach of tenancy, plus costs of relocating.
Nows the time to show us whether you really have any balls Mr Chairman!
