I would love us to make a move for Blake Ferguson. He may be a head case but after his sacking from the Raiders, he is unlikely to get a club for 2014.



Whilst I know some will say he would be a risk etc and discipline problems etc sometimes you have to take a punt on a player, especially when the availability of world class centres like him is as rare as hens teeth.

Gravy on fish is tremendous!!

He'd probably get away with more here away from the media glare and even though he'd be a major risk it'd probably be worth it with the right contract.

It is being said on the Hull board that Shaul is not even sure of his place when McDonnell is fit, offer £100,000 and Lauaki for him, he looks to be a great young player (Shaul that is).



Hull will probably come back and say they will accept the £100.000 has long as Luakai is left out of the deal.

Quite a few years ago an old friend of mine told me what he took for his dinner at the local Nut and Bolt works where he worked (Atherton used to be famous for its nuts and bolts).



Every day he took 4 jam butties to work and when the sweeper uperer came round for the dinner orders my old friend said "a lightly battered fish" (he was watching his weight).



At dinner time he got his jam butties out and proceeded to put a wedge of fish on each and he said it was belting, he did this day after day.

Tony Clubb has signed according to the WEP along with Sarginson and Bowen.



Happy with the last two but not the first. His attitude was appalling when he spat his dummy before our semi final.

I'd be amazed if he was able to get into the first team. Never rated him that highly.

Where is Clubb first choice position? Does anyone know??

Interesting signing if true. I got the impression of a desperately frustrated man this season who had given everything to London but couldn't see a future there. I rate him as a player but his injury record isn't great.

Massively underwhelmed. So instead of signing like for like replacements in positions we actually need, we're going for 2 utility players from one of the worst teams in the league. Baffled.

Is he the Marquee signing we have been waiting for ?.

That's a shocker! At least Bowen has proved his class & Sarginson has potential! Clubb is just not good enough from what I've seen of him. However, its as simple as pie, if he wears the cherry & white, I'll support him all the way!

Clubb is capable of a big performance, it's hard to judge him on this season due to him being in a woeful team, but I've seen enough of him to think he's better than most of you are giving him credit for.

Very happy with Bowen but I'm not sure Clubb and Sarginson are any better than what we have in the reserves. Also, Clubb publicly slagging off a team he was made captain of is a bit out of order. Fair enough he want to play at a club that wins games but there's no reason to get the papers involved. Competition for places is always a positive though I suppose.....

Not impressed with Sarginson or Clubb, but time will tell they will get the chance to show what they can do I guess.



1 thing about Clubb he has shown a real desire to win and not be remembered as a loser all his career hence his move away from London, so motivation should not be a problem.

Naturally I might not know the full picture but the two London signings are a massive anti-climax to say the least.



Losing Tomkins and Richards and getting these two? Depressing. One of which is a back row/front row? Surely we don't need more players in said positions unless they're offering more than what we already have. Sooner keep Chris Tuson and leave Clubb where he is.
