And if HKR put out a strong side against more or less the same Wigan side as played at Leigh that game won't either.
Hopefully in this game the players will get a bit more of a chance to play some rugby, whilst also having to do some hard defensive work. There are 5 first team players added which should help, although how much will only be found out during the game, and the side should have a better balance than the one that played Leigh.

As it's a rumoured signings thread, I can't see it speeding up unless we are genuinely in the market for a new player
Hows this for a rumour?
Great game of rugby league. Fantastic atmosphere, Wigan were breathtaking and dominant in all areas for the first 25 minutes, coupled with us making alot of dumb mistakes, then fortunately they brought McIlorum on which helped us back into the game. I thought some of the tries we scored to get us within two we're out of this world stuff. Towards the end we had to force it a little and we had a few things go wrong, i.e Monas kick on the first for King and Solomona going off who was causing havoc. Wigan were clinical in their eventual execution of us. Proud of Wire today and gave us a little glimpse to the future. Silverwood was awful as per, but I expect no less. Tomkins is a world class player and by far the best english player in SL. Wigan are a champion side and would be a worthy winner of taking our title as challenge cup. Good luck over the next month and a bit.
I've been told Greg Burke is going to Bradford on a season long loan
I'd put him in before Tuson but Wane rates him, Be good to see him playing top flight rugby he will come on leaps and bounds for the experience

I agree, of all the youngsters it's this guy that seems to get a good report consistently

Is he the one who, with all due respect to him, looks a little like an ape? Long arms and short legs?*
*Greg, if you're reading this I'd like to point the blame at my 9 year old boy who said this at an under 20's game.

Can't understand why Kevin Sinfield hasn't been snapped up for 2014.
