A guy who told me about Cust a couple of hours before the announcement also stated that TL won’t count on the quota. He was obviously correct about Cust so hopefully that’s the same about TL.

The other piece of info he passed on was that there would be some sort release re the ground in the next few days. He doesn’t know if that is positive or a negative angle.

Fingers crossed on both counts. I am a bit divided on the number of overseas players we have now though. I hope we can fit the 8 guys in but we do really need to look at reducing that going forward. To do that we’re going to need to be proactive on trying to get more English signings in over the next couple of years.

Starting halfback leaves and the club literally hold a forum where they say they have money to sign a halfback. I don't think you need inside info to call that one.

He’s a cracking very dominant forward.
