He's easily worse than Millward and by some distance too. IM was a bad coach, with an even worse team. Lam was a dreadful coach with a decent enough team that he made worse. Two former MOS on the pitch, a Daley M 2nd row of the year + other internationals and they didn't score a try Vs Leeds (twice).

Agreed he wasn't anywhere near as bad as Millward, that's hardly high praise though. Doubt it was interference, just a lack of attacking nouse/ability to motivate I think. Having a young pack and dealing with injuries hasn't helped of course.

I don’t think for one moment that he was worse than millward
Millward took the team to the point of relegation in 2006 and the year before that we got tonked twice by 145 points in 2 games
Lammy has not in his whole time has he got the team that low and from what I gather I don’t think even radders liked his style of coaching and therefore left or I should say was forced out
Lammy may not have been a brilliant coach but he was a long way off being as bad as millward

Lam hasn't done that because he had a better team. Even a joker like Lam couldn't have got us relegated with that team, even though his approach to scoring tries was, at times, relegation level.

Here's the thing - Millward was bad for us, but was a success for Saints. Yeah he had a good team etc but he still delivered. Lam took over the champs and made us look like chumps.
