Totally agree with Dypree was looking at his highlights on YouTube other week he can easily burst a tackle or two. Many good props are released and go on to make the grade a little latee he looks one if his attitude is right that will do that.

Kai Pearce-Paul being circled by at least 2 NRL clubs apparently with one of them willing to give him a big contract. One of them sounds like it's the North Queensland Cowboys.

That’s the sad reality. I hope he stays for 2 or 3 more years and doesn’t go too soon. I’d rather he went to the NRL than RU though.

Very early days, but it's now two games in a row that Ryan Sutton hasn't been picked for Canberra. Reports in the media about a bit of a bust up with the coach being the reason for it, plus he's supposedly signed for the Bulldogs in 23.

If he continues to not get picked, I wonder if there'd be an option to do a year with us and then go onto the Bulldogs?

There certainly seems to be some bad blood there. I wouldn’t be against a move like that. I think we’re an experienced prop short at the moment and he could really help us. A six month stint showing his Australian partner the sites of Wigan and meeting family, what’s not to like! He’d free Ellis up to move in to loose forward or he could play there himself.

Agreed. World Cup year too and I'm sure that Wane will telling him that he needs to play to get selected.

Like I said, it's very early days but there's a few bits to it that makes sense.

Linked with Canterbury for a couple of months now. Don’t see him coming home any time soon but I totally agree he’d be ideal for us.

I believe that’s for next year and Canterbury are tight to the cap by all accounts for this year. SP is suggesting getting him on a deal until the end of the season only I think and if relations have soured at Canberra it could be a chance.

All purely throwing ideas around but you can see advantages to it for everyone and the club would be daft not to have eyes on it.

Yeah that's the one. Think it's almost guaranteed he'll be at the Bulldogs in 23. He's not coming home (permanently anyway) any time soon. I'm sure I saw he's recently got Australian citizenship too.

Still needs to be playing tho & even more so if he wants an England spot. What better place (other than the NRL) to do that than right under the nose of Wane. Show him how much he's improved as a player etc and maybe show some leadership qualities too perhaps?
