Also agree with the sentiments of him getting a job on the backroom staff. Not many people have had the journey or breadth of experience that Isa has. Add in his undoubted commitment, attitude and personality and there's plenty he could teach the academy/scholarship lads.

I understand he has been told even prior to the injury that he was free to explore his options going into 2024 as we wouldn’t be offering him a new deal.
