It’s classic Dan too.

He confirms absolutely nothing other than what everyone else has said, it isn’t just a rumour, things are happening he may or may not sign.

If he is coming this will have been rapped up long before now.

Can’t imagine Saracens will be sat there letting him take his time and go into the new season which I think already is underway without any idea if their prized asset and most high profile player was going to be with them for the 23/24 season.

I am now starting to think it will happen, it just seems like the timing is perfect for it for both Wigan and the player himself.

It’s the replay by the poster Dan replies to that I love. Something like ‘I feel like it’s a chance now you’ve said it Dan’….ha ha. He’s lost a bit of the relentlessness of his ‘rumours’ nowadays but he still throws the odd educated guess…sorry, rumour on there.

In other news Powell may go, Shorrocks may go, Smithies likely is going and we’re in talks with Farrell and one other unnamed player…I guessed/made all that up but if any come in, I’m claiming them! It’s as easy as that.

Could be true as there isn't a specific time mentioned it doesn't say "Turned down this week" just that we are one of several Super League clubs who looked into bringing him back. Entirely possible we explored signing him in say June before we had decided to extend Miski's deal and Grace's one year deal at Racing was expiring.
