Confirmed Cust has signed for Salford on a 1 year deal, hope he does well there. Think it’s a great move for him.

Given the circumstances, they’re making decent moves. It feels like these are the second wave of players being given second chances at Salford, after being discarded elsewhere and hopefully they can be as successful as the first ones. It feels like the Salford fans were sold a bit of a false dream with that share scheme but they could still have a decent side to follow. The backline in particular looks good again.

Not sure what they thought they where buying but it was clear the share scheme was a glorified bucket whip round but I agree they’re putting together a half decent side again.

1 year probably suits Cust.

Play himself back into an NRL deal for 25 is probably his ambition.,

Powell officially gone. Pictures on social media of him in Warrington kit at their unveiling, bit strange they announced the squad numbers this afternoon though

Hope he goes well. A great and underappreciated Wigan career with 4 SL titles and a WCC.
