But IMO it's not all about "expansive rugby" It's about making the correct decisions with the ball at the right time in proper field positions, and that is something we've been poor at.
Sometimes five drives and kick are the right options.
I've picked out Goulding on another thread for making three bad decisions with ball in hand on Friday, but if it had been the Wakefield game I could have said the same about George Carmont and probably others.
Gareth Hock does it time and time again. I'm not saying get rid, but they, and many of the others need to know when to pass and when to stick hold.
You may call it expansive rugby I prefer sensible rugby.
