let me first say i have been watching wigan over 50 yrs and never boo them,always stand up and applaud the team,after all they are my team.in todays wigan observer ian lennigan is having a go at the boo boys,well he should understand that this is a free country and everyone is allowed their own opinion.don't forget we pay to watch the game,he also says the fans should get behind the team.well IL you have 10k season ticket holders plus the weekly support does that not proove we support our team even though they have not given us much reason over the last few years.i think IL is a little self opinionated and it would do him good if he took a realistic view of what is going on.last season IL was at loggerheads with some of the players trent barrett in particular.he actually made his views public,so it is ok for him to do it but not the supporters,that to me seems a little two faced.
