Disappointing tonight but the important game is next week. Very, very frustrating to watch but to be honest Saints were brilliant in defence. They really did their homework, slowed the game right down at any given opportunity and fully deserved their win, I think they will be a threat come September.
Our attack was woeful, we seemed to go wide too early and Saints had our set moves sussed out. More than a few Wigan players had bad games; Sarginson, Tomkins, Smith and O'Loughlin just to name a few. Full credit to Saints, they executed their plan very well (bit of credit to Cunningham for once?!). On to next week, I expect a different Wigan side to turn up.
