There’s a decent chance of a Saints v Leeds semi final on the cards. Be very interesting to see Sky’s decision on their exclusive game if that’s the case. Probably the only scenario in which I can see them picking us. Any other fixture and they’d probably be fine picking the Wigan game I’d imagine
Leeds have to make it first

Easiest solution as a gesture of goodwill would be for Latics to move their fixture to the Sunday, they've got three weeks to do it and it's not as if it's a local derby that would possibly lose them revenue by moving it, either that or Sky could come to the rescue and pick them for their Sunday lunchtime game

The current contract allows the Warriors precedence regarding the use of the ground if Sky choose a fixture, I don’t know how it works with Channel Four.

Probably not, the chairman seems to have got himself in with the Cockney Latics mob and they'd throw the biggest hissy fit you'll ever see if they moved it but like I said it would cost them nothing and get a bit of goodwill after a period of somewhat strained relations between the two clubs

The football morons don't care about that, it doesn't compute in their simplistic minds

Boom! What I want to know is did I get this in before Dan?
No. Dan knew in April we would play on the Friday. Or maybe the Thursday. Possibly even the Saturday. He was right though.

Dan has confirmed it’ll be two of Wigan, Saints, Huddersfield, Catalans, Leeds, Salford and Cas in the Grand Final.
Now try and tell me he’s not in the know.
