Thought it had been announced that Lockers had signed. MM has signed a new deal but I believe there was an ongoing discussion between the club and MM's agent about the length of the contract. it was either a 3 or 4 year deal

Lockers 5 years and Charnley 4 I believe.

according to a poster on the other fans site a rep from wigan is off to australia next week to confirm the signing of a prop and centre.

True, but with the SC Hock is probably by far the most cost effective player we could have there (I'm assuming he's on nowhere near as much as Westwood/NRL players etc by virtue of him coming back into a contract after a big ban, still at his hometown club etc). As I'm sure you'll agree. You're right there are others better irrespective of limitations of finance, but not by much.

I guess given his indiscretion and his time out, he would be eligible for the cap clause where you have been with the club 10+ years?
